Job Description



This position will be accountable for the development and implementation of various B2B marketing incentive programs as well as internal corporate marketing strategies and communications within the Marketing & Loyalty Department. This position is responsible for managing 5 - 20 accounts by providing appropriate communication solutions and services as well as meeting and event planning. This is a position for someone who is a self-starter, creative, highly organized and can take ownership.



  • Establishes strategic client marketing plans to achieve objectives through products and services, then executes those marketing programs to achieve stated objectives regarding revenue, profitability, and market share.
  •  Serves as the primary marketing client contact, and is responsible for developing and maintaining marketing programs, budgeting and timelines for multiple clients while proactively analyzing programs and adjusting strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness to the clients' organization.     
  • Responsible for providing support and creative direction related to marketing programs and projects, including; sourcing, email campaigns, presentations, theme/concept development, copywriting, proofing, wireframes, art designs, signage, etc.
  • Leads the design, execution and optimization of various meetings, events and tradeshows.
  • Develops and maintains positive client relationships, and resolves client and participant complaints.
  • Assists in developing and maintaining corporate digital strategies, sales materials, and various content for corporate marketing including social media, blogging and SEO.
  • Performs other related duties and assignments as required.



  • Works closely with other departments (i.e.: sales, systems, creative, travel, accounting) insuring this area has the benefit of the Marketing & Loyalty team expertise.
  • Assists Marketing & Loyalty Manager with various corporate marketing projects, proposals and presentations.



  • Work directly with B2B clients managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • Ability to shift priorities and work flow according to customer demands.
  • Write copy and develop routine reports and correspondence for the client. 
  • Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. 
  • Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Ability to develop long-term plans and programs and to evaluate work accomplishments; ability to apply and adapt practices and techniques to the special requirements of senior management.
  • Must have strong follow up skills and ability to keep other departments on track to meet objectives.
  • Required Proficiencies; Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint); Adobe Photoshop; Google Apps (i.e. Google Drive, Analytics, Ads). 
  • Preferred Proficiencies; Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator. 
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with management staff, team members, and the general public; ability to present facts and recommendations effectively in oral and written form; ability to accept constructive criticism from supervisor; ability to follow company policies. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.



                  Minimum 3 year(s) professional experience in B2B program/account management; OR


A Bachelors degree in business; and minimum 2year(s) professional experience.


2+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, and/or meeting planning preferred.


Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
